I also recommend this one, I even used this guide yesterday when I went to barrows.

For starters, your budget is going to determine how good a set up your going to have. With your stats though, you should defiently use Slayer dart. Take the two set up's below and then pick and choose from each one to get an ideal set up. By the way, the images have been taken from the guide on the main site (link)
