It is actually called Zamorak Sliver not Silver. And the correction he is suggesting is that the level of the 2nd npc should also be underlined ;)

 

 

 

And another fix to add to the quest: Please add one coal as a required item because you need it to light the furnace and the quest does not provide you with any at any point. :(

EDIT: I just noticed you have 60 for the HP value in the Bestiary, and it's actually 70 as seen above. :)
