Some skillcapes are more respected than others, and if someone is investing in a Party hat, you know they aren't keeping it for any bonus.. I would aim for effectiveness, in which is bgs for boss monsters, but bandos for training/slayer. The extra money helps afford other supplies too, or guthans. ~It's Super Effective!
