Honestly, there's no (alchable) item in F2P that buys instantly in GE and there aren't many items to alch as a free player. Steel plates are the best to alch by far and it's just profit if you make your own. With green d'hide bodies you won't lose too much if you also buy the nats. Rune meds can be alched for roughly 11.5k still they cost quite a bit. PS: In a semi-full world, nats buy almost instantly at market price in GE ;) R.I.P. Use the GE database and the tip.it alchemy calculator to find them (most rune items, some addy items, dhide bodys...). Like I stated before, if you make your own steel plates and alch them afterwards, you will get a profit of 900gp and over per plate (considering the cost of natures). Thats no profit in mage but in mining ores or smelting steel bars. Smithing steel plates or alching them is a big loss! Why not sell the steel bars and buy something thats more worth to alch?
