account keeps getting stolen

Featured Replies

ok, i originally became a member back in 04, after years of f2p. a few months after becoming a member, i broke my laptop and had to end my membership. then my account was stolen(i dont really know when) by someone at my school and i didnt have my info so i couldnt prove it was mine. i recently found my info and successfully recovered my account and renewed my subscription. now my account has been stolen again and we keep changing the password back and forth. does anyone know how i can get ahold of jagex, that form is so stupid that it allows him to keep stealing my account

Set a random password and write it down, and then set your recoveries. Also, make sure you have a bank PIN so he can't steal anything.

Do you have any idea why or how he is hacking your account?

So don't let anyone tell you you're not worth the earth,

These streets are your streets, this turf is your turf,

Don't let anyone tell you that you've got to give in,

Cos you can make a difference, you can change everything,

Just let your dreams be your pilot, your imagination your fuel,

Tear up the book and write your own damn rules,

Use all that heart, hope and soul that you've got,

And the love and the rage that you feel in your gut,

And realise that the other world that you're always looking for,

Lies right here in front of us, just outside this door,

And it's up to you to go out there and paint the canvas,

After all, you were put on the earth to do this,

So shine your light so bright that all can see,

Take pride in being whoever the [bleep] you want to be.

after my account was stolen, im pretty sure he became a member on it becuz when i got it back it had hunter and summoning leveled...so i think he keeps using his payment info to get it back, even though i have the info from when it was created...

How does he keep hacking you? you must either have a keylogger or be setting some easy passwords. Next time you get it back, create a complete random password including letters and numbers, recovery questions, a bank pin and use credit card to pay for members. That should make it quite secure, if all else fails pay the school bully to kick the [cabbage] out of him.

no he doesnt steal my password. when he stole my account after my computer broke he became a member and now he has payment info that he keeps using to recover it back, but the thing is i have all the creation details and have the first payment information but there is no way for me to tell jagex that someone else keeps recovering it

He can't be constantly hacking you...

Try sending a message to customer support. You might get hit by a meteorite, or you might get a response.. same chance tbh.

But really, until a staff member gets involved, it'll just keep going back and forth.

You have more chance getting hit by a meteorite since they got rid of customer support, and can no longer email them with queries.

You could report your own account that it's stolen and jagex will lock it until the person with the recovery questions can recover it. Before you ask jagex to lock it, you could change the bank pin or something so he gets bored even if he does get to your account again after it's locked.

well if you know who the person is then just bully him, if you can't then just hire someone to do it

hey, until u can get hold of jagex its problemly the only thing u can do
