Why aren't we allowed to discuss the swiftkit but we are allowed to discuss LeetChecker..?

SwiftKit is a 3rd Party Client (LeetChecker isn't) Jagex don't recommend you use 3rd Party Clients to play RuneScape with, and Tip.It stands by Jagex on these rules.
