Can it be used on multiple arrows at once, or is it a one cloth per one arrow ratio? Also, do they "disappear" after being used on the arrows? mugged99 Posted July 3, 2008 Share Posted July 3, 2008 as far back as i can remember, you obtain the damp cloth from the underground pass quest or something like that. and you can rub it on arrows and shoot down the bridge or something. there is really no point in using it other than that purpose. lcchs Posted July 3, 2008 Share Posted July 3, 2008 i remember from the quest you damp the cloth, light it on fire to shoot down a drawbridge the arrow with a cloth on fire makes a fire arrow, i dont know if it hit harder or anything. but i did get addy fire arrow from spiritual rangers.
