Dragons breath is a special effect like poison. or deasies so you cant protect against it with prayer... bgs with anti works deacent when soloing kbd though and if you have 83+ summoning you dont really have to worry about dieng seeing as you can just tele to grave yard getting you there in 15 seconds.

I say go for it, buy it and see how you like it. I had a friend who used it with 60 strength and 75 attack, and he loved it; even though he couldn't hit constant 40's he still hit good and liked it.
