dashund105 Posted July 12, 2008 Share Posted July 12, 2008 Hey, is it worth it to buy black mask? I am not positive of what it does exactly, but I have heard it boots slayer xp given, am I right? Right now I am lvl 35 Slayer and cb lvl 57. Ive got the money but I am just wondering if it worth it, because for a lvl 57 like myself it is a lot for one item. Will it pay off in the long run? Zierro Posted July 12, 2008 Share Posted July 12, 2008 If you are doing your Slayer task while wearing the mask it gives you a nice Attack and Strength bonus. It is definitely worth buying if you are a Slayer. ;) PS: Technically, it does give faster Xp because you'll be killing monsters quicker with your offensive bonuses - but it doesn't actually give you more Xp per monster or anything like that. It also stacks with potion and prayer! Maybe later on you could finish the 'smoking kills' quest. Gives slayer xp reward and ability to make a slayer helmet by combining black mask + nose peg + ear muffs + facemask.
