To maximise your returns, you should keep your daily balance at 750k gp, so that the workers can take the maximum fee of 75k gp. does this mean no matter what value I deposit over 750,000gp, they will only take 75k?

 

 

 

so if I put 2.5mil into the coffers they will only be able to take 75k?

Yes, they will only use 75k max per day. Your rating says how much money they actually spend on useful things, if you have 90% rating they will only use 67,5k and the rest (7,5k) will go to waste.
