WC question

Featured Replies

As the title implies...I was wondering if mages or yews would be better to cut from 91-99 wc. Obviously yews would be faster, but is the difference that great? I have a dragon wc axe and I'm cutting mages at the moment at the gnome stronghold. I have one in the farming patch there, so there's 2 for me. What advice do you guys have for me?

Magic trees are brutally slow exp, and tend to be not very good money-wise either. Yews are generally considered to be better overall.

I also plan to make long bows with them..spinning my own flax. Not sure if that changes things any.

The thing is, I want to use the logs for fletching...so would yew or mages be better? Or should I do yews to a certain level and then mages?

Yews are not nearly as slow as magics, and are better money/xp

if you want speed then willows, for money then do yews.

Actually cutting and dropping teaks are faster than willows
