If you want a good set effect for pvp, Verac's is the best. If you want defense, torag/dharock/guthan plate with Verac's skirt is the best. If you just want to play with one, Dharok's is kind of fun for the high hits. Veracs is my person favorite for prayer boost and its special is very useful in a lot of cases. The plate is the same though. Verac's skirt is best overall- same melee def as Torag's and a hefty prayer bonus. It's lacking a little bit of ranged def, but that hardly matters. If you're lazy like me, using the skirt will save you the trouble of switching an armour piece when you need to heal with guthans.
