1 signature, 1 pixel and 1 edit *updated a bit*

I just got back from my long trip Europe so keep in mind that I haven't used photoshop for a while.

Latest signature:

A signature using Harrinators render, Semi-happy with it. Could possibly give it away later if anyone like it.

Tried a black brush on soft light to make it darker, Any tips on how to lower contrast would be helpful ;) (Forgot to add the border #-o).

First pixel:

I call it a "Signature hugger", very small and simple pixel. I had a lot of problems with the shading etc. as it's my first one, didn't turn out to horrid though (In my opinion). I could possibly do a penguin one later (Can we call it a Tip.it tradition yet?) to please Jopie.

Latest edit:

Added more background lightning, a barely visible clipping mask and made the C4D slightly pink/red.

W/o squares and black border:

Any kind of opinion, suggestion or C/c would be great .

Signature: I like it, my only criticism would be that the area around the render is too bright. But the flow, blending and colours are good.

Pixel: Cute little pixel and great concept, but a bit dark maybe. Try adding some more highlights. And yes, I'd love to see a little penguin in this style. <3:

Edit: It was a good signature and still is a good signature. The edits aren't very noticeable (to me), but it looks great.

Those 2px borders set on overlay or whatever (I wouldn't really know, I don't use them) are really annoying me. I would have just gone with a simple black 1px border. Okay, onto the real C/C.

The first one looks pretty good. Except there is too much smudging (I assume that's what it is, correct me if I'm wrong). And it is also a littel bit too bright. I think you could have toned that down and left a little more "Empty" space. You have the right idea with the text going with the flow. But something about it really bugs me and I can't put my finger on what it is. And the border seems a bad choice IMO. 1px black ftw?

First of all Final Fantasy FTW. It looks pretty decent. Get rid of those squares though, seriously. The blending is pretty nice and the colours go pretty well with it. Once again you have the right idea with the text, but it is slightly hard to read. Don't get me wrong, I can read it very easily, I just thought it could be more visible. Maybe just change it to black? Also the border I thought again wasn't a very good choice. Overall not a bad job.

I wouldn't know anything about the pixel so forget that :P Anyways, good job :)

EDIT: Damnit, Jopie. You always beat me :P

Thanks a lot for the C/C <3:.

@Signature replies: I'll brush some black into it to make it lighter, I'll post it later today .

@Pixel replies: I agree that it's a bit dark, won't edit it though, I'll start with the penguin one if I decide to "pixel". May I ask what you mean with highlights? You mean more lights or effects?

@Edit replies: Somebody doesn't like squares? :@, I'll make a version without squares and a 1 px border.

^ I meant adding one or two lighter shades, for more contrast.

Well that's just a harsh comment :| maybe something constructive would be a lot nicer? I guess the squares are personal preferences, I'll keep them but in a lower amount next time though. My first time making the lightning effects like that but yes I agree with you they're too strong.

oh I see, still not really a reason to be annoyed at everyone else (I understand you deep inside, I would probably be the same).

Updated the signature and the edit.

I'm sorry but, I think that layer made the lighting even more noticable, you could copy visible > brightness and contrast, turn the slider down.

EDIT: Found my old keyboard! WOOT.
