Does anyone reckon there should be an armour above rune at lvl 50 (def, attack) which F2P's can get becaue seriously if i was an F2P once i reached lvl 40 attack and defence id go do something else as theres nothin to strive for.

No. Rune armour is good enough.

Rune armour's fine. In fact, it's still used by a lot of P2Pers.

You see p2pers whizzing around in it. If you ever become a mem, don't bother with granite. I guess you can try for 70att, str and def for barrows and whips. There always good if you become a mem. But I guess theres nothing really apart from god armours, and trimmed. Rune armour is great. Just remember to wear a skirt. Even if your a man. They're hawt, and slightly cheaper and lighter than there leg counterparts

Rune's fine, and there is plenty to strive for other than it in F2P. Better armour is one of the pluses of P2P.
