The Observer
If you're P2P, I'd say a saradomin sword or an abyssal whip. For F2P, Rune Scimitar.

The_Gabe
Whip. Three months banishment to 9gag is something i would never wish upon anybody, not even my worst enemy.
IeatWindex
Seriously? Good I have a whip. Im guessing a dragon scimitar is best for strength.
jsboutin2
Seriously? Good I have a whip. Im guessing a dragon scimitar is best for strength. That or a SS. Depending on your preferences (Having or not a shield).

Depending on your preferences (Having or not a shield). For strength training SS is better than D-Scim, but it's all about cash, since the price difference is about 8M.
