Well, latley i've been thinking of visage hunting. and before anyone says its hard to get one, i already know.

 

im considering maging steels because i want mage xp, and i can also get some dragon legs by luck.

 

 

 

Im asking for:

 

Steel drags, maging.

 

What spells, what invenory, what to wear.

 

 

 

Any other option is welcome.

Ranging seems like another option.

if mage lvl is above 80 fire waves

 

 

 

under that fire bolts with chaos guantlets

 

 

 

i usually use 500 casts per anti fire pot (4)

 

 

 

start in ardougue

 

 

 

have 905gp

 

any axe

 

100 nats

 

fire staff equipped

 

X dust runes

 

X chaos/bloods

 

1 sara brew (just in case)

 

1 super restore (just in case)

 

X anti fire pots

Use fire wave, wear ahrims. Maging WILL lose you money in the long run if you kill the dragons with any semblance of efficiency, but fire wave is a good balance between losses and killing dragons quickly.

 

 

 

I strongly suggest not maging.

Do you suggest i meele irons instead?

Melee is my favorite, but ranged is pretty good too. Maging just throws money down the drain compared to the other two.

85+ range rec for steels with range pot

 

melee 90atk/str for steels with super atk/str pot

 

 

 

you should have those to be efficient at killing steels

On irons, use emerald bolts (e). Ranged potion, antifire potion, normal ranged setup (void ranged if you can get it). Steels, same thing but with diamond (e) bolts, and using ruby (e) until you get it down to about 3/4hp. It's just like maging but it costs way less.

Judging by this, i should be ranging irons with emerald (e). Seems good. i dont have void armour.

 

 

 

 

 

Just btw, is it me or has the time you can be afk from rs been lowered?

Also, wear Ava's Accumulator in the Iron/Steel room. No obstructions means bolts go right back into your inventory. How nice! :
