Request help on custom myspace layout!

hey all, i am currently working on creating a myspace Band page. and for this page i was wondering if anybody would make me a cool themed background and what not.

I could help, I've made skins for other social networking sites so I know what to do.

I might be interested, it depends on what I have to do. I've never made a myspace layout, how does it work? Do I just make it in PhotoShop and save it as a .PNG or something and then just send it to you? Or is there some sort of coding involved?

I wouldn't mind doing a big project thing like this. The only problem is I don't know what to do. Anyone here got some suggestions for tutorials?

Umm well ill do the coding, i know how to do all that but im a pixeler, which is nothing like making graphic skins etc. so yeah if you have the time to make something i would appreciate it :)

well guys after going through probably 50 band myspaces i finally found something that caught my eye

this style is rather abstract but once you put all the things over it it doesnt take away from the page itself.

 

Im not asking you try to make something close to it but it was the right size and it was something i thought was cool. also i like the center with black borders thing.

 

 

 

try to keep it dull colors like that, no bright colors or else it will stand out too much. and other then that have fun with it :) i understand the more guidelines put on you makes the job harder so your pretty much free to do whatever you want. im sure you guys will make something 1000x better then the reference.

no no im not looking for that picture grunge style it was just the correct size and i want the black on either side of whatever it is that gets made. you can make it your own style if your still up for it

whatever is yours, i think your more of the... cartoony graphic thing like your sig right? just fool around with it and be rather abstract.

Here we go. This is my try at it. I went for something dark, and un-obtrusive, and I think i did it well. If theres anything you need changing don't hesitate to tell me, and I would like some c/c!
