another good way is to temple trek and burg de rott ramble. sell everything besides the watermelon seed rewards and use the money to buy watermelon seeds/other stuff.

Its not alot but i get a few watermelon seeds every troll task which I do on death plateau

I know moss giants drop them. And when I was doing slayer on them they dropped them quite a bit, not all the time, but good amount in my opinion

use a fruit bat, easly 3+ seeds per a pouch...dunno for good dropers though
