Not a big fan of the rain, I think the version without it looks a lot better. You did quite a good job on the background though, it flows nicely and the colours just work. I don't really like the text though, I think it's too big and distracting. I can see why you placed it there, to fill up some empty space, but I think it would be better to crop some of the left side off because it isn't very interesting.

I must say, you did an incredible job. I'm worried about one thing though, the file size. The non animated one was like 170kb. The max is 40kb btw. #-o None the less, great job and good luck on your future work.
