making money from slayer....

at what level do you start making money at slayer ?

Level 2, because that means that you have started slaying. As long as you get decent monsters, and not goblins, you can count on some decent drops. Of course, when you hit the key levels, 83, 85, 90, etc. the dough rolls in.

hmm i meant like the good money i can see at 80+ u get better monsters... is there any 'good' drops at levels before this ?

At level 52 you can get Jellies, which seem to drop clues quite often and can lead to some cash. Also, at 58 you can get Cave Horrors which drop Black Masks and can sell for 500k (Although some people say they are a pain to get to and kill, never tried myself). The last one I can think of is Dust Devils at level 65 slayer, which have a very slim chance of dropping a Dragon Chainbody.

Most def there are quite a bit of good monsters before the 80+ ones. Examples are:

Those are the ones I find good for money making.

No problem, I can make quite a bit of money in one day if Chaeldar and Sumona give me good tasks. Crap tasks and I consider the day wasted :x

The money really starts coming in around level 75 with gargoyles; This is where you will pull in at least 200k per task of a slayer monster (gargs, nechs, mages, abby demons, and dark beasts).

its random really most slayer most have some good drops but your not necessarily gonna get one

 

 

 

50 bronze dragons, no good drops :(

 

50 infernal mages, 100k worth of drops :D

 

so its pretty random at lower levels but as big stingman says at the top end of things the money is pretty good

if u want serious money at a low lvl get guthans and ideally bunyip, and camp at cave horrors. dont wear ring of wealth as ive found it hurts your chances of blk mask. my experience there tells me blk mask makes you about 500k every 500-600 kills. i think d-hide is better than normal armor. gl as they drain health quick at low combat lvls. u might want to bring alchs and i bring a chisel so i dont waste the emerald drops. bolt tips ftw.
