It's useful on the RS website, as Jagex get to read over them, but here Jagex won't be as likely to read over compliments. As well, it's just meaningless to have. Rants is there because people feel the need to post the negativity, hence why it's there, and to reduce some moderation work. A compliments forum isn't needed, nor will have any use, except for praising, which isn't even done at all through-out General. Not needed. Not useful. Won't add or contribute anything (negative & positive), nor will solve any other issues with posts. All of these were said 'yes' and then had a reason when the Rants forum was being discussed, as was any other forum. Compliment forum doesn't.
