The quickest method of making pouches after you get 57 summoning is to use a spirit kyatt to teleport directly next to the Piscatoris altar, and then a ring of dueling or glory to bank. You can make 1.2k pouches in about 50 minutes doing this (which is how long a kyatt pouch lasts).
