If you are really worried, which you shouldn't be, they bring a Varrock/Lumbridge/Draynor/Falador Teleport. My relaxation method involves a bottle of lotion, beautiful women, and partial nudity. Just carry a dose of strength potion and you will finish with ease. Dont even need the strength potion but just take it. I might have had higher defence, I just cant remember stats but I do remember that Elvarg was a complete joke to me.
