August 4, 200817 yr im not exactly sure what these are and why people use them over shields ? can anyone help ? :D They're like shields with assault bonuses in game. Generally give a small amount of def but healthy attack bonuses, you'll find the attack bonuses outweigh any lost defence in the vast majority of circumstances. Also, they are "free", which plays a part.
August 4, 200817 yr Defenders gives you strenght bonus. Rune obviously gives more strenght bonus than any other defender
