Combat lvl 93 Unfortunately RS either won't accept my credit card or my bank is being an [wagon] so i can't go to mems atm -.- I'm training at lessers most of the time, but im kind of hoping theres a better way.. August 4, 200817 yr im training at cockroach soldiers i've gotten about 250-300k xp there in like 10 trips.. also good drops so far-- 9x rune scimmies. 3x rune sq. 367x mith ores. 31x addy ores. 451x law runes. 250x death runes. 35,568x coins. and i've only used 250 tuna good luck on you goal of 99 strenght :D fastest might be fleshcrawlers, but im not exacly sure maybe the spiders i lvl 3. This is a good suggestion. But if you're planning on using Tuna then in my opinion it would be better to use Salmon instead (if you are buying it). Tuna heals 10 and costs 85gp, while Salmon heals 9 and costs 45gp. So in the long run you're making more money ;) ^dds'er in progress =D

August 4, 200817 yr I believe that the spiders in level three are the fastest, but they don't drop anything. I would use cockroaches. I love to meet people; send me a pm if you see me on RuneScape! :)
August 4, 200817 yr Good location suggestions from above posters. I'd also like to add try using rune berserker shield, even if you can restore it regularly, it is still a +2 str bonus; oh and dont forget rune gauntlets. Be sure to use strength potions, they're cheap and someones gotta drink em... Help Tip.it create a new RANGED MAX HIT CALCULATOR ~ crossbows, darts!

No offence or anything, but if you get 250-300K Experience in 10 trips, then that is only about 30k per trip, which is not much, compared to other monsters. Like to other above posters, my best guess would be the Spiders in Level 3 of the Stronghold and/or the Flesh Crawlers in Level 2. My relaxation method involves a bottle of lotion, beautiful women, and partial nudity. Yes I get massages.
