What key is needed right at the start of the quest?

 

 

 

I thought it was the enchanted one. But ive not got it in my bank, yet when I was talking to that guy who gives u the quest. He asked me if I had the key and my char said Yes, its in my bank.

 

 

 

But its not.

Yes, it's called the Enchanted key. It's silver with a golden handle.

Have you received the Steel Key Ring from doing a different quest (Forgotten which one). If you have, check if you've put it in that Key Ring.

I think you can reclaim it from that silver merchant on the Ardougne market.

If you got all the treasure last time, it disappeared. Just talk to the guy to get it back.
