I need the charms for 52 summon. Yes I know I have made this topic before, BUT everyone suggested slayer, which I have not felt has been very helpful. The tasks I had were: Jellies, Turoths, Dwarves (burthrope) and Turoths again. All of which have horrible charm drop rate. Can someone please suggest 1 or 2 monsters thats I can kill with my stats for charms? I dont mind camping. I have 56 slayer (to limit some of the monsters), 77 attack, 77 strength, almost 77 defence, 80 HP, 78 range and 70 mage. Those who help get a cookie. (::)

You should just slay, and accumulate them along the way. I don't know much about charm droppers, but were I after charms, I would go kill dust devils.

I said I was only 56 slayer, and IM SICK OF SLAYER. I already sold my black mask and I always get bad tasks. Anyone else suggests Slayer Ill eat them! And their cookie.

Im not a slayer fan either but you have done 4 tasks and you gave up... its good to accumulate charms, OVER TIME. Also, the money you make for drops can also help PAY for the other things needed for your 52 summoning. The only downside is it take a bit more time.

If you want faster charms you are going to have to spend some money. Either Waterfiends or Rock Lobbies. One or the other both cost a some money (rock lobbies are estimated to cost 1m per hour, but are the best droppers in-game) If can't afford it then you will need to find a cheaper alternative.

For a cheaper alternatives I guess you can use Fire Giants or Dust Devils. You would of accumulated more variety of charms with slayer than camping these two monsters. Fires will give you a load of golds and Dusties will give you more crimson than others.

My suggestion... yea you guessed it. So I won't say it.

From what I've gathered on my slayer tasks these give the best drop rates;

 

 

 

Gold - Fire Giants, Hellhounds

 

Green - Blue/Iron Dragons

 

Crimson - Greater Demons, Dust Devils

 

Blue - Usually get 1-4 a task but Kalphites seem to drop them more then others

seing as how you burthorped a task and got jellies, im assuming you havent done smoking kills.

 

 

 

Do that quest, then use sumona. you get few bad tasks, better then duradel (until you block all metals etc) Lost city tasks are pretty horrible

 

 

 

And jellies/turoths drop tons of green charms, though green charms aren't the ideal charms

 

 

 

If you really really really don't want slayer (which you should), then only options really are (at 56 slayer)

 

 

 

Greaters/ Black demons/ fire giants/ hell hounds. ( those are all slayer monsters ) unless you want to spend 1m bursting at lobs. Fight black demons in chaos tunnels.
