If you mine the iron ore yourself (which is a tad timeconsuming, but doesn't require a high skill and there's plenty of it around), you only pay ~602 for the resources to make one bar, and sell in for ~630. Not as much, which is probably why the reduced the sell prices and raised the buy prices. It makes it harder for people to calculate how much they are going to make. Do they at least do it at the same time each day?
