Bernie Mac dies early this morning

 

BREAKING NEWSBernie Macs publicist is saying today that the 50-year-old actor and comedian passed away early this morning after complications due to pneumonia.

 

 

 

As we reported earlier this week, Mac (whose real name is Bernard McCullough) was hospitalized in Chicago from the illness, but as early as yesterday his rep was saying he was in stable condition and would soon be released.

 

 

 

No further details have been announced, and Macs publicist is asking that the public continue to respect the privacy of his family.

 

 

 

Mac has been nominated for two Golden Globes and has starred in various film and TV ventures, including Oceans 11, Charlies Angles Full Throttle and The Bernie Mac Show from 2001-2006. He was currently working on two TV projects and two films.

Wow...I seriously can't believe he passed away so soon. I loved the guy in 'The Bernie Mac Show', and 'Kings of Comedy'.
