Foesz Posted August 10, 2008 Share Posted August 10, 2008 As the headline suggests, I'd really like to kill the tanglefoot in Fairy Tale part I quest. The problem is, Im a mage - and magic cant touch it -.- . Im strength level 2, attack level 34. Is there actually a way for me to kill it? Ive tried raising my strength level temporary with pots, drinks and etc, but its not quite enough. I even tried to kill it with ring of recoil, but since my hp is quite low, that didnt work either. Of course training strength would solve the problem. But since I aim to be a (relatively) pure magic/prayer character, Id like to solve it another way. Any suggestions how I can kill it? :? Hantoumei Posted August 10, 2008 Share Posted August 10, 2008 dosen't the amount of damage you do to it become based on your farming level? If so, then you could try powertraining farming. I thought too, that it would help training it, but I still cant even hit it -.-. The reason why I want to complete the quest, is to start part II, in which you can get to use fairy rings. It's possible that your farming is just too low to hurt it period.
