Mr_Adam
I currently have 12 quests + the Wishlist to achieve the quest cape, and the next quest I plan to do is Dream Mentor. How would I approach the final bosses? What should my inventory be, and what equipment should I use (keep in mind that I have a very low budget)? If I leave, can I pick up on the same boss like in RFD? Thanks in Advance.
Gwasha
I did it with this: Minus a few defence levels and a few health levels, and bang, thats what I did it with skill wise. I just brought torags plate and legs, dragon boots, ring of whatever, (I didn't bring a ring that gives bonuses...) helm of neitzit, whip + dd++, barrows gloves, etc. (Basically my slayer stuff, but with the torags armour.) I also brought a (3) super set, the quest items, if there were any, I can't remember. The the rest a full load a tuna taters. In the end, I had like 5 taters left, and that was with 100% health, so it would have been like 6-7 left. Overall, its a real easy fight.
nwor
Wear barrows melee armor and a whip. Either bring a super strength, attack, and def potion, or just take a dose of each and then bank them for more space for food. Use sharks or better. If you do all that, it'll be over before you know it. I think you need to start over from the first fight if you leave in the middle, but you probably won't need to leave. The first fight is the worst of them though, and after you kill it you'll hardly need any food at all. I just did dream mentor about 2 weeks ago, and my melee stats have only gone up one or two lvls since then. It was easier than I expected.
Mr_Adam
Ok, should I use a dragon sq. shield or Rune Defender? I have a second rune defender, but I can't afford to lose my dragon sq. Also, are the monsters affected by poison?
nwor
Do you want the fights to end a few seconds faster (wear the defender), or would you rather have one or two more sharks left over in your inventory afterward (wear the shield)? No clue about poison, but it wouldn't hurt to bring a dds for the spec even if the poison doesn't work.
