August 12, 200817 yr a D2h has nothing on a whip in the training department. As for strength training you would probably get more exp/hour with a dds than a d2h. For Str training get a scimmy or if you have the money a Sara Sword. Other than that stick with the whip. Apparently, my signature was to big.

August 12, 200817 yr Whip, by far. Set it to controlled and you won't need to use a separate weapon, but if you must train strength, use a saradomin sword, d scimmy, or (word has it) an obsidian sword/mace with a berserker necklace. If you get like 100 people together at your house and just take turns using the d2h spec its good exp, but its unlikely to find the people to do this lol so whip remains supreme.
