August 17, 200817 yr I used to air run world 16...before assisting came out... how do i do it now - I'll do this in spurts - I'll do this when I get bored - I'll do this by killing Tzhaar, FoG, and other good dropper killing - Just used a mil on a dark bow...hope this merchant works out
August 17, 200817 yr Well, as far as I know the rune running isn't possible anymore due to the trade restrictions. Even if you can trade for a bit, your trade limit will catch up to you. I could be wrong; if so, someone correct me. -Man, I really do love Runescape, and I'm sure if it was a real person I would of asked it to marry me by now.

August 17, 200817 yr Im guessing they mean Air Running as in running to the altar and the bank to make air runes.
August 17, 200817 yr It is now air assisting, when you get to the altar people will say assisting x8 or assisting x9. After you look them up on the high scores, request assist and craft airs.
