It is arguable, since if there was so Slipknot, Bullet or Korn, lots of people wouldnt be into metal.

 

Though they *are* fusion genres, the OP has many many fusion genres, and some dont even exactly match to metal as much as Metalcore or Nu.

I dont need a siggy no moar.

That's true, actually, but I've not heard much Techno-metal or the other fusion genres there, so I don't know how much the non-metal genres that are "fused in" predominate.

 

 

 

Obviously, then, this list is probably better seen as the "Metal Sub-Genre and Fusion-Genre Dictionary". I don't think some people here would like that, but I wouldn't mind.

Yea @ name.

 

 

 

Plus, even the almighty ... you.. would have to say if a fusion genre of music which is semi mainstream branches people into the real metal it should be noted.
