Which Spellbook Should I use?

Featured Replies

Well, I'm working on my slayer so I'm going to be running all over the map BUT I'm also going to be farming tons of herbs while I'm fighting. I want to use lunar spells so I can do the Contact NPC spell and I heard the Lunar spellbook is good for farming. But I wonder if I'll be able to still zoom around and collect and check my herbs without wasting time running from place to place.

[also as a sidenote, I will not be using mage to kill my assignments]

So the question is, for doing both farming and slayer, which spellbook would work best for me with 78 mage? Lunar or regular?

Goals:

Str: 86/90

Hitpoints: 85/90

Fletching: 96/99

Fishing: 74/80

Prayer: 61/70

Woodcutting: 82/85

Magic 80/80

you could use lunar, and buy teletabs. This way you can use the normal spelbook-teleports and still have the advantages of lunar.

He wouldn't be able to visit the Trollheim patch.

I'd say normal magic, I do herb runs between each task, and I can get a new assignment within a minute with Karamja gloves 3.

Also, you can't alch items while on lunar, which is annoying during slayer tasks.
