How's my smudging?

I really like the smudging on this one, loving the blueness of it too. Really well done on the blending with the sprite. Id personally stick a border on it and leave it at that.

I like it. Your smudging is divine. The colours are perfect and the whole thing is really good. I personally would add a 5px thick black border to it :XD:

Can't really improve on it anymore, because I accidently deleted the XCF file. \
