would this actually fix the party/santa/mask situation? I think it would fix it.. If they only let you hold just one and gave you a time to sell the extra's you have *1 week.

That means that even less people would have them and they would be harder to get, making the price go up. This would actually do the opposite of what your trying to implement.

use one of the already posted rare discussions and no this wont work for a few reasons one people would get mad. two people could go on vaccation and miss the week making them madder. three jagex wont do it. and four it would make prices go up and encourage trading with yourself
