not quite because somewhere out there, there is someone who is stashing 50 of each hat.. maybe more.. So he would have 1 month find a price that people would buy at.... So say someone buys a full set for 1m each... Thats 5 mil... This would make it so The hats are more spread out and harder to get rid of. Once someone wants to sell there hat they will actually have an auction for it.

Check your Internet options advanced tab.. scroll till you see the box for play songs in animations. that should be it.
