I thought you said the new mines were dishonorable and made 99 miner's look bad. Hypocritical much?

I figured as long as I didn't use them to get 99, that would be slighty better but still not good. I'll still ridicule anyone I see using them for 99. I mean, come on, getting 99 at granite is tough [cabbage]. people who did that and other methods (those who got 99 before the update) deserve a break. but the lazy noobs who use the new mines because they don't want to work make the other miners who did work for their 99 look bad. many 99 miners who got 99 before the update loathe the new place because of how easy it makes the skill; it's not just me, though I may be the most vocal about it

Good luck with 99 crafting :) I still can't believe you got 99 Mining. Couldn't make it to the party because I was at school when you scheduled it, but I was there in spirit :P.

 

Gah, Mining! It's tempting me. I'm gonna test how I like it... Time to get to 85...

 

And do those new mines really make the skill easier? I can't see myself using them, the rock monster guys seem like a major obstacle...

Most people are using them for ranks atm anyways. I just don't really see the point.If your not going to feel good about the way you did it your not going to feel good about the end result. So when you get to 25m xp I dont think your going to feel as if you really deserved it.

Who gives a flying [bleep] what way you get 99 mining, as long as you enjoyed it thats all that matters. If I gave a crap about anything anyone thought about my account I wouldn't have very much fun playing this game.

wellp, got mw2, so that means like no RS for 2 weeks or something while i beat the veteran campaign. already at the plantation level, which is like 2/3 done or something. defending the house is hard [cabbage]

... Out of curiosity, is it just Runesape thats dying for you or is it mining in particular?

mining is already dead for me (hence my name) and runescaspe is losing most of its luster (i dont even play when doing HW at the comp...i just surf tif). plus i have mw2 now :) but i wont leave RS until i get 99 craft/mage. 99 cook is only if i have time.
