D. V. Devnull
Can you check using FireFox, and tell us if the problem persists? :-s ~D. V. lordkafei
Your OpenGL support is knackered. That card is more than sufficient. Here's a utility that will show you your OpenGL settings for Windows XP (here's a different utility for those of us with older operating systems). I have found that if your system supports OpenGL 1.5 or higher, you can run Runescape in FS/HD mode. I got it to run FS/HD on a Windows 98/SE machine with Java 1.4.2_18, an AMD Athlon 900MHz processor, a Geforce2 GTS 64MB card and Forceware 71.84. --------------------------- GLEW Extension Info --------------------------- GLEW version 1.5.0 Reporting capabilities of pixelformat 1 Running on a GeForce2 GTS/PCI/3DNOW! from NVIDIA Corporation OpenGL version 1.5.3 is supported If you are running higher than 71.84, then it's something else that is causing your problem. :? BTW, DirectX has nothing to do with Runescape - it uses OpenGL on all platforms (Windows, Mac, Linux). pryomancer
Was it a private message they sent you, or was it through the forums? Could you provide us with the response they gave? If it's a private message just sum it up, since revealing that information is against Tip.It rules. This could be useful for anyone else with similar problems. I won't lock this, since it could help people.
konzserwas
It was a private message, since I sent a private querry ;) To sum it up they said that this no multi texturing things means that most likely my driver is either incorect or corrupt and advised me to reinstall it. sloter
I would try reinstalling the driver if nothing else works. You do have the latest driver though. I would uninstallthe one now and the reinstall it and see if that fixes it. Here is the driver for your computer jsut select one on your OS. Windows XP(x86): http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_175.19_whql.html Windows XP(x64): http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp64_175.16_whql.html Windows Vista(x86): http://www.nvidia.com/object/winvista_x ... _whql.html Windows Vista(x64): http://www.nvidia.com/object/winvista_x ... _whql.html You can find more of the driver here if you run an os that wasn't up above. konzserwas
pryo, are you sure this shouldn't get locked? I mean, the problem was solved 8 hours ago, and people are still coming up with solutions :twss: EDIT: crazy typo
sloter
Still try uninstalling and reinstalling your driver as i said above.
D. V. Devnull
Still try uninstalling and reinstalling your driver as i said above. They already did that. That's why the solution has been found, and therefore the thread can possibly be locked safely... : ~D. V.
