August 29, 200817 yr Lock please, starting over. Thanks for suggestions, but I'll probably just make it into a vector.
August 29, 200817 yr Us british can be real [puncture]s sometimes. With the pic, the blood deosn't look realistic. I would work on texturing it on his skin 2257AD.TUMBLR.COM
August 29, 200817 yr Whatever "[puncture]" means in that case. What the anti-yank said. It looks too much like you just used a splatter brush, really. Problem is, I wouldn't know what to do here to make it look realistic either.
August 29, 200817 yr Maybe use Nadril's 3D modelling blood cell as a reference - the texture seems fairly realistic. Or render a bit of blood and then use a clipping mask on the boxer's face? As for the lighting, maybe a medium soft brush at very low opacity - or you could experiment with blending modes like overlay, lighten, diffusion etc. And Dsavi, I wasn't being anti - yank, but saying that I despise the way us British axt sometimes. 2257AD.TUMBLR.COM
August 29, 200817 yr Try putting a layer mask on it? danke Schon Sam!^^"Blood runs thicker, oh were thick as thieves you know"-Carl Barât
August 29, 200817 yr And Dsavi, I wasn't being anti - yank, but saying that I despise the way us British axt sometimes. Sarcasm, little. :P
August 29, 200817 yr ok :P You could keep it like it is promise, would look rather comical if you added some googly eyes or something  2257AD.TUMBLR.COM
August 30, 200817 yr Author ok :P You could keep it like it is promise, would look rather comical if you added some googly eyes or something  Yeah, after adjusting contrast and all that, I liked the way it was, so I kinda just slapped on the brush. It wasn't really meant to look like blood, but more of an impact effect thing. Ha, I think its fine without anything else.
August 30, 200817 yr Doesn't look like you did much to be entirely honest. Brightness/Contrast adjustment, and a splatter brush and text. :| . I may be wrong but that's all It looks like.
August 30, 200817 yr Author Doesn't look like you did much to be entirely honest. Brightness/Contrast adjustment, and a splatter brush and text. :| . I may be wrong but that's all It looks like. Pretty much with a few lighiting tweaks. This is the pic minus the brushes. I need ideas!!! :wall:
August 30, 200817 yr Author I added my smudge thing. TBH, no clue what I was doing, so feed back is needed. lol
August 30, 200817 yr Looks alright tbh, though colours need adjusting. You used a chalk brush right? 2257AD.TUMBLR.COM
August 30, 200817 yr Chalk brush is awful. danke Schon Sam!^^"Blood runs thicker, oh were thick as thieves you know"-Carl Barât
September 1, 200817 yr updated Redone...Redone? More like Re-down! #-o . That is a horrible filter. If you were going to use it, I would suggest toning it down a tad.
September 1, 200817 yr Author updated Redone...Redone? More like Re-down! #-o . That is a horrible filter. If you were going to use it, I would suggest toning it down a tad. Lol so corny. Alright, just the basic idea. I'm thinking about making a vector out of it, but it would take a hella long time.
September 1, 200817 yr Yes, but one hot result. I'd like to see your vectored version of this. 2257AD.TUMBLR.COM
September 1, 200817 yr Author Yes, but one hot result. I'd like to see your vectored version of this. Ha, doing one person takes around 8-12 hours. This will be a pretty big project for a rather small image. :wall: I guess I'll give it ago tomorrow if I have the time.
