Quick F2P Smelting

Featured Replies

I am smelting a LOT of bars, so I want to know - which furnace in the F2P world is closest to a bank? I beleive Falador's and Al Karhid's are the choices, however, does anyone know which one is shorter? Even a second could save me maybe an hour.

Like everyone else has said, Al-Kharid.

I've experimented with both of them from geting 0-55 smithing from either smelting/smithing.

If you get bored with smelting try smithing. Closest Bank->Anvil is the West Anvil in Varrock.

OK, it is al kharid. If you line it up right it is one click :)

Thoroughly retired, may still write now and again

trust me when i say this. its alkharid. my pure has gotten smithing level just from smelting from 1 to 42. this is the fastest way by far. the only cons is that its not in such a big city so u might find it a little dull and boring.

also remember: right click on the furnace and smelt x amount of ores. it saves so much time than individually clicking each one. u might have known this already but some ppl actually dont.

good luck smelting :D
