September 1, 200817 yr bones to peaches tab, it converts all regular bones in your pack to peaches, which heal 8 each, and are untradeable and unnotable when being removed from the bank. ;) 99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving. Jagex'd out of my untrimmed hp cape on 6/14/2011.

They change bones to peaches as you probably figured out. The Tablets can be made in Player-Owned-Houses. To actually Unlock the spell, you have to go to the Mage Arena Minigame north of the Duel Arena.
September 1, 200817 yr They're used to cast bones to peaches, a spell learned in the Mage Training Arena similar to bones to bananas. They turn all normal bones in your inventory into peaches, which heal 8hp each.
