It's not great, but could be worse. The background isn't very interesting and seems to lack flow, the colours are decent though. I'd also work on blending, mainly the right side of the dragon stands out a lot and could be smudged for example. Also, you'll probably want the dragon's head to be the focal point, so it would be best to move the text somewhere else or to take it off completely, because it's quite distracting at the moment.

 

 

 

Keep practising and you'll improve. Looking at signature tutorials also helps, there are plenty of them on http://www.deviantart.com.

Aside from what Jopie has said it's really [bleep]ing bright. Like blinding.

The render needs to be blended in with the background.

 

 

 

Also, that render has been used to death, find something original.

Also, don't use renders.
