Im sure I cant be the only one here to say that the most fun comes from locking them in a room full of wooden furniture with a fireplace dangerously close to them. I also enjoy the life lessons it teaches you that if you work in a doctors surgery for long enough as a receptionist/janitor youll eventually qualify to be an actual doctor.
