Is it safe to have 2 power cords (CLICK FOR IMG) on one outlet? (CLICK FOR IMG)

I have 3 power cords into one outlet, 1 computer (the other computer is on a ups with has it's power plugged into the other outlet). Got tv, computer (screen also plugged into one of the cords), vhs/dvd/digital box (altho they dont use much power), also got a speaker system (40-140w i think) plugged in and 2 lamps plugged in.

 

I haven't had a problem.

 

Maybe depends on what you're putting there.. But normal stuff shouldn't be a problem.

It's just cause, I had one power outlet, but now it's full with all my computer junk.

 

So there's one socket open left on my outlet, so I was wondering if it was safe to put another power cord, making a total of like, 16 slots. :)

Depending on what all you're plugging in, you may want to check that amp rating for the breaker for that outlet. If the breaker has a lower amp rating than what everything you plug in consumes, the breaker will trip and you'll have to go reset it. With new power strips, there's very little change of a fire starting, so the worst you'll do is pop a breaker.

Yep, just make sure that you don't pop a breaker, otherwise you'll be fine.
