and the reason why its in legends is because of the holy water is good on greaters and lessers (but recomended for greaters) and silverlight for lessers.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

and Basicly every weapon from steel or mith to everything higher then mith is stronger then silverlight.

lol, you basing the fact of silverlights importance on the fact that its in legends guild? isnt the key to mellzars maze buyable there too? i mean the only good fighter there is ONE lesser, also, the sword is only ment for slaying demons, give it more power, it could kill other players

true, the maze key can be bought there, too, and I'm not sure why it's buyable only there... once you get into Legends, why do you need the key?

they key can be bought b/c it used to be a good training area in RSC...since killing lower monsters in big groups=big exp

If Silverlight only hits as good as a rune long, why is it still a reward in the Legends guild?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Perhaps it's time to continue the story of the Demon Slayer in a new quest, I'd say for members, and have a reward for a new sword that hit better than a rune long. If it hit somewhat like a drag weapon and/or weakened the monsters again, it would be used a lot more than Silverlight is used. I think black demons would be trained a lot more too. At any rate, I think it would be more deserving a reward to be sold at Legends.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Now this idea as I've stated it isn't perfect I think-- so I'm asking for feedback because I'd like to post it to the rs forums eventually if it's workable. Might not happen because it seems most weapon updates are for pkilling mostly, but...

That "weaking" effect happens only in RSC.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Jagex changed the way that Silverlight works in RS2.

 

 

 

Now, Silverlight works like a Rune longsword when used against Demons.

i say make it like a r2h with atk speed of rune long, except it acts as a addy long on any other race than demons.

The point of using silverlight is for one stupid quest on one stupid demon. If you want to go kill some lessers, use a rune scimmy. And even if your in wildy with that only, getting "rosted" wouldn't really matter.

By dropping it and then talking to him again you can get as many as you want.

otherwise, we should let silverlight have a special atk. it alows you to throw pizza's at demons only, giving them extra health so you can continue killing it forever lol.

i no lets realse goldlight. it will come free at the end of a new quest called chicken slayer (u have to kill the fearsome 2 headed chicken with a rubber chicken)

 

 

 

goldlight has the ability to get everything u hit down to 1 hp first time.

 

 

 

then has the power of 232342334 attack, 34232345325 strength, 45462335125 defence.

 

 

 

then the new quest get realsed because for some reason everyone is now killing the kbd in 2 hits,even noobs. the quest is that u need to kill all three (fake) gods and then zaros (non-fake). then unforseen the gods all die in 2 hits, and everyone has got annoyed because the reward was a gun. the game then collapses because now everyone dies at long range cos the sniper rifle is bought out, and all the new quick updates left holes in the program and surpise the macros hack their way in change everyones password and rewrite rs to what they want.
