Welcome to my thread, first off a little about me:

 

I'm not the most social person, I do however focus way to much on typing properly. My name is Mark Leblanc, I am situated in New Brunswick, Canada. As far as my RuneScape career goes, I have been an avid blog reader since '96 I had happened to stumble upon Andrew Gower's blog on Devious mud, and than later tried out RuneScape classic (Beta). As of now, I have no previous accounts, or such from back then; I however hope to one day find my old user name, and recover the account.

Anyhow, enough ramble; on to the goals!

 

 

 

I am generally training one skill solely until I reach my goal level, however as of lately I have been switching skills to obtain quest items, and rewards.

 

 

 

[hide=Current goal]I am currently Mining, and raising total. I plan to achieve 90 Mining, in a formidable time. Afterwords I may go for the elusive 99.

 

 

 

I will be mining Iron, Coal, and Mithril ores up until 65 at which point I will switch to Granite, until 90, I will be banking the Granite 500G ores, to help cover the Smithing costs.

 

 

 

My current Mining level is: 70.

Bought 5 Amulet of glory's, I am gonna be mining Coal Lumbridge swamps, than banking via Glory teleport to Draynor village, This will do me for 55 Mining (currently 52 Mining).

Good luck with all your mining, it is going to be on heck of a goal to achieve. Also, if you want the fastest experience possible, then I suggest that you power mine iron. The Rimmington Mine is a good spot for this. :thumbup:

Thank you both, for the first poster; I realize that power mining Iron is faster, but I do want to be able to fund other skills after this, so I will be taking some time to bank ores. Also pretty soon I will be mining Granite and banking only the 500G's.

 

 

 

Also, I realize that this goal has never been met, however that does not make it implausible, or even impossible; enough people have reached maximum total for me to know that to do it as a skiller would be only slightly more difficult to accomplish.

 

 

 

-Hopefully I can manage to attain 60+ Mining today.

I'm back on, I will hopefully be able to spend a good full night training Mining, however my previous plan was ditched after the latest update with Granite, so I will instead be power mining Granite, and Mining things such as Coal, Mithril and Adamant ores to bring in a decent wealth as my levels increase.

Been unable to access this site as of lately due to an internet problem; however I have been Mining and am still planing to achieve 99, I am currently 65. I will post my level 60 picture... On that note I believe I am going to capture every 10'th level, up to 90 - at which point I will take a picture of each level. Also this is my final day with everything 1, as I am going to start using books and lamps on Slayer.

So, it's been an eventful past few days, first off I did gain combat; as after 2 Skillers, one if which with a few maxed skills, I have decided that I would once again enjoy becoming a main. Second off the list, I am no longer focusing on one direct skill, I do plan on continuing on my journey to 99 Mining, however I will be completing numerous goals in between.

Now, as for my future goals; I am going to be smelting 5,000 Iron bars, and 5,000 Steel bars, than smithing 20,000 Iron knifes, and 1,000 Steel plates. After which I will begin Mining 1,000 Pure essence, and making them into Nature runes. I also have 25,000 Flax to spin into Bow string to help with the loss of cash from the Steel plates and Iron knifes.

 

 

 

In the future, the posts will not be this big, also I will be posting more often. Hope you guys aren't as displeased as I am about combat.

I'm actually doing something somewhat similar, very self-reliant and going EXACTLY level 60 on every skill. Combat stats with exactly 60 hp is gonna prove annoying, not to mention prayer/rc f2p :S, but GL to you :).

Thank you both, as I currently have low skills I am unable to make mass quantity's of wealth in a short enough time to train skills the most efficient way, so as of now I will continue with my "DIY" style, and eventually build up enough profit to train skills with speed rather than profit.

Not much of an eventful day, I did get some Smithing done and also chose my methods on training combat. I will be training via Slayer only as I do not plan on going past 100 Combat for a long time. I realize that my only chance at gaining a decent Slayer level is to start it now.

 

 

 

Currently 20 Slayer, 35 Combat. I will be focusing on getting 50 - 60 Combat, than I will resume Smithing, and Mining.
