I figure that since I plan to get to a decent herblore level, I might as well stockpile, say, 10k vials. 10gp per, not a bad investment, and you can always sell them on GE for 10x that.

 

 

 

So, best store/bank to use?

I use Shilo with a spirit terrordbird (and scrolls) to buy waterfilled vials. you can charge your summoning points at the obelisk near the river.

 

Others would say Ardougne too.

One suggestion I got was Relleka, because the trader who sells vials can be locked in the same room as Peer the Seer, thus no walking at all. I think I'll try that.

..Of course, he didn't mention it only works during Trials. Guess I'll try Ardougne until I get to Shilo.

When i had like 30k bows to alc i collected vials of water in shilo. It was sweet you can alc and walk at the same time. Might aswell get some magic exp while you are at it.
