If you haven't finished rune mysteries, mass collect air talismans from the Duke. About 200k/hour, fastest money in F2P, aside from bounty hunter, rune mining, etc high level methods.

You have really low summoning. Get that up for easy, pointless combat levels. Pointless until lvl 34 summoning, anyways.

The character in question is a lvl 17 F2P who was a member for a month about three years ago, well before construction came out.

Same thing happened to one of my old chars. I have pics of it with a chicken, but the chicken isn't in the bank, nor does Diango have it, nor does the clothes shop lady have it.

Well, it took me 34 days to go from lvl 3 to lvl 83, 1k skill total. Only a member for 10 days of that, and a chunk of the time I played was spent making money. So yeah, 5 hours a day, that'll take a month and a half maybe.

If you gain 14m cooking experience from cooking tunas... At current prices, you'll lose 2.1m. For cooking 140,000 tunas. Cooking is quite easily the cheapest. It'll also take under 100 hours, using the bank+fire spot.

The only way somebody could help you is by breaking the ToS. Really, I don't know why people find puzzle boxes so hard..

I'm with the OP, did the quest when it came out three years ago. If you mine the shards en mass, can you also enchant all of them? I've never done the enchant quest, so I have no clue if I just said something stupid.

I'd put down money on them going under 1m before rising.

@questions There are ten penguin spawns across the map. These can wander freely around a huge area, but when trapped for a long period of time, reset to their original spawn point. The three methods(that I've tried) for hunting penguins are simply changing worlds at the spawn point, or a nearby building players may have lured it into, finding a clan that's hunting them, or by wandering the nearby territory. Wandering, as anybody who went looking for the first week's wilderness penguin knows, takes a LONG time. And the second week's Oog-log penguin wandered all the way up to Seers' when I found him. Bastard. Try to find a clan, made it a lot easier.

I'd suggest using something like the SwiftKit quest tool to see which quests you're applicable for, and see which ones have the rewards you want. Myself, I'm going for all the quests with prayer EXP.

Carved oak tables is pretty fast. Could easily be 50k EXP/hour if you didn't do anything else. 6 planks each, so only a few clicks per load.

I'm sorry for your loss. When I was in your situation, three years ago, I just quit. Spent years earning my rares, and to log in with nothing but the ghostly robes set I'd just written a guide for was depressing.

It cost me about 200k to get 1 - 40 construction. Also under 2 hours. Mine ess if you need money, do that first.

I've seen a few people selling for 240kish, while I've been burning logs in the GE. Since it comes with the quest, not really rare.

Sorry for off topic, but why did you go with mailing them money...? A lot faster to just find a friend with a cellphone, hand him $5, and do the text thing.

Sorry, but there isn't a better F2P alternative. I have heard that Greater Demons are alright, but Revenants often patrol that area. Also remember, that everything that you do in F2P can be done better in P2P, so training is no exception. Oh, my mistake, I thought he said he was already P2P. Sorry. Well, you're extremely limited in your training areas. I'd suggest one of the low-attention requirement spots in the Stronghold of Safety. Watch videos or something. Don't bother with making money.

A fairly random suggestion, as you've given no real information. Try getting gear for Waterfiends, so you can farm charms to get your summoning up.

I don't think whips are going to rise. Summer has ended, people going back to school, selling off their stuff in preparation for "hibernation" of sorts in F2P. When they become members again next break, they're hoping that new weapons will be released. As such, there's a large surplus of whips right now. Just my two cents, but I'm new.

I have a feeling it ain't going to Work. Since snap seeds are 30K each. 7 herbs each patch Yields 45K or so. 15K profit each patch. 4 patches. 60K profit. Each hour. 60k/hour? It takes 5 minutes for each herb run, therefore earning 1.32m/hour. ..Doesn't it take 45 mins for herbs to grow?

This is dangerous if your friend has stats like you. It's much easier to attempt this at high levels. ...Can you even get that task with that low a combat level? I would think his friend is considerably higher.
